Hot rolling stainless steel coils needs to heat billet materials before rolling process, generally above recrystallization temperature, such as 1000 degrees. Compared with cold rolled stainless steel coils, Hot rolled stainless steel coil has rough surface. Hot rolled stainless steel coils are not precise in dimension, whose rolling thickness is mostly 3.0mm and above. In processing properties such as heat treatment and other aspects, hot rolling stainless steel coils are not as good as cold rolling stainless steel sheet coils.
